About Us

We are a homeschooling family of 6 in the great state of Minnesota. We have homeschooled our children since 1995 when a nice lady I met at a park invited me over to see her curriculum and show me how easy it was to do.  She was very helpful and since we also had encouragement from other friends, we decided to try it out.  After that first year, we knew we'd never go back to public school.

Since then, I have tried to help and encourage other families who are considering educating their children at home.  I found I was recommending curriculum to so many people that it made sense to sell it ourselves, so we started our online bookstore in April, 2001.  I give people a place to buy the latest curriculum from over 200 publishers, all at a discount ~ but more importantly, I give them excellent customer service. 

I remember what it was like that summer in 1995, not knowing where to start or what I'd need to buy.  Not wanting to get unnecessary things but making sure I had what my children would need to get a good education.  I am just like you and that is why one of my favorite parts of this business is to help people get started right on their homeschooling journey.  Please email or call me if you have any questions.  My contact information can be found in the Contact Us section of the website.
