The baffle boxes are vertical walls of fabric between the top and bottom of the comforter that keep the feathers contained within a small area so they can’t shift around the featherbed. The baffle boxes are approximately 1 foot x 1 foot.

The 240 thread count, 100% cotton fabric gives the featherbed breathable comfort--and it's Hypo-Allergenic! Feather Beds are inherently more breathable than poly or synthetic fiber beds due to their natural fibers, leading to greater comfort that avoids the clamminess of poly fibers.
