• If you are not satisfied with your curriculum order, simply return your purchase in resalable condition (like-new condition, no marks, tears, erasures, pages bent or torn out, shrink-wrapped items such as Weaver curriculum or software/VHS/tapes/CD's must be unopened, clothing must be unworn) within 30 days of invoice date for a merchandise credit or cash or credit card refund.

• After 30 days, a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. No returns can be accepted after 60 days of the invoice date.

• If you are not satisfied with your Household Goods order, simply return your unused purchase within 30 days of invoice date for a merchandise credit or cash or credit card refund, less a 10% re-stocking fee that I will have to pay my supplier.  If the item is defective, we will get you a new item in exchange.

• Please Contact Owner for a return authorization number (RMA#) before mailing anything back.

• Please send items so I will receive them within 10 days of getting your RMA#

• Due to copyright laws, opened software and movies cannot be returned unless defective, and then only for an even-exchange. If there is a mistake in your order and you open the software or video, we cannot accept the item for return. You will be given a price adjustment if the item costs less than the one you ordered and paid for.

• Damaged or defective items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a replacement.

• There is no refund of original shipping charges paid, and we do not reimburse you for shipping charges to get an item back to us unless the return is due to our error.
• If shipping charges were not paid with the original order because it was over $130, implicit shipping charges at the rate of 5% for SOS software and 7% for books, $5 minimum, will be deducted from the refund.
• For an exchange, there will be an actual postage rate shipping charge to get the new item to you.
• There is no charge to correct a mistake we made in your order. Please let us know ASAP about any errors, because the exchange must be made within the same 30 day period.
